When it comes to rates I like to keep things straightforward and transparent.

Working hours:  Monday - Friday  9:00 am - 4:30 pm
Saturdays upon request - £40.00 per hour
Sunday - Closed

Per day:  £210.00 (6.5 hours) - Additional £35.00 per hour after 4:30 pm
Per hour:  £35.00 - minimum 3 hours
Small jobs that only take 1, or 2 hours have an additional call-out charge of £25.00

Fully insured.

I aim to be as accurate as possible when estimating all jobs. However, sometimes things come up that may require additional services from other specialist suppliers, or additional work by Neal to put right.

Estimates are for my labour time only along with some of the basic materials needed to carry out the work.

Things you don't need to pay for:
My tools and equipment to carry out any of the requested jobs.

Things you will need to pay for in addition to my time:
Paint, wallpaper, fixtures, fittings, door furniture, sealant, post-mix, sand, concrete etc.

To be completed
I will purchase what's required at an agreed cost price and add that to my final bill.

All work agreed in writing, via email, before commencement of work.
Full payment upon completion of the work via bank transfer, touch payment, or cash.
No cheques.
No VAT payable.
Full receipt supplied.
